Celebration of Earth Day on April 22nd by Wangwushan-Daimeishan UNESCO Global Geopark

A celebration of 48th Earth Day titled with Love Our Earth As Much As We Love Our Home took place in Wangwushan-Daimeishan UNESCO Global Geopark. It was organized by Management Bureau of Wangwushan-Daimeishan UNESCO Global Geopark, Jiyuan TV, Jiyuan Management Bureau of Government Agencies and Jiyuan Vocational College of Technology.

After a collection of poems on the theme of Love Our Earth As Much As We Love Our Home, the volunteers from the Management Bureau of Wangwushan-Daimeishan UNESCO Global Geopark, all the crew members of Jiyuan TV and people from Cheongsam Association attended a poem-reciting show. Officials from Jiyuan Municipal Government including Yang Suilin, Deputy Head of People's Congress of Jiyuan City, Li Shuanggen, Vice Mayor of Jiyuan City and Wei Xiangyu, Deputy Head of People's Political and Consultative Conference and Head of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Jiyuan City watched the show and awarded writers of poems.
