Henan Province natural Environment protection and geoscience tourism development promotion Association、Henan Provincial Institute of Geology and Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Geological Survey conducted a joint survey in Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark

On July 14th, Eight experts from Henan Provincial Natural Environment Protection and Geoscience Tourism Development Promotion Association, Henan Provincial Geological Research Institute, Shaanxi Provincial Geological Survey Institute, Hanzhong Tiankeng Group Geological Heritage Protection and utilization Center went to Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark to carry out joint research on the protection and utilization of geological heritage, geoscience science popularization and tourism, geopark and museum construction, and smart scenic area construction. 

The research group has been to Xiaogoubei Park, Wangwushan-Daimeishan Geological Museum, Fengmenmenmen fault, Fangshan landform, Wangwushan movement and other typical geological heritage distribution sites to understand the protection and management of the geopark, science popularization and human environment. In the process of investigation, the research team put forward suggestions on how to strengthen the protection and utilization of geological relics, how to do a good job in geological science popularization and geological tourism.
