Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark and Linyi Yimengshan Global Geopark held a signing ceremony to establish sister geopark relationship

On August 14, Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark and Linyi Yimengshan Global Geopark signed a sister geopark agreement at the Forestry Bureau of Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, formally establishing the sister geopark relationship. Mr. Li Zhongzhong, Director of Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark Protection Center, and Mr. Gao Xueyu, Party member and deputy director of Linyi Yimeng Mountain Global Geopark Administration Bureau, signed a friendly cooperation agreement on behalf of the two geoparks and presented souvenirs to each other.

The signing marks the formal establishment of cooperative relations between the two parks, the two sides said that they will further deepen exchanges and cooperation, strengthen friendly interaction and exchanges, focusing on geological heritage protection, geological tourism promotion, park management, planning and construction, scientific research and popularization, exchange and learning, information construction and other aspects of three-dimensional cooperation, while learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses, hand in hand, common progress. We will work together to promote the sustainable and innovative development of geoparks on both sides.
