Wangwushan-Daimeishan World Geopark launched the 55th World Earth Day "friendly sister parks interactive exhibition" and the fifth Asia Pacific Geopark week science popularization activities

            April 22 is the 55th "World Earth Day". Centering on the theme of "cherish the earth and live in harmony with nature" this year, the 55th World Earth Day "friendly sister Park interaction" and the fifth Asia Pacific Geopark week science popularization activity jointly organized by the forestry bureau of the demonstration area, the culture, radio, Tourism Bureau of the demonstration area and the Geopark protection center of the demonstration area were held in Xiaolangdi Scenic Area.

            At the event site, through interpreting the theme of world earth day, the UNESCO World Geopark brand and development plan, our park introduced a series of activities jointly organized by 46 world geoparks, including Wangwushan-Daimeishan World Geopark, issued science popularization cultural creations such as Geopark research travel passports and scenery notebooks jointly produced by 46 geoparks, promoted science popularization research courses and routes in geoparks, designed wonderful science popularization game in geoparks, held thematic picture exhibition showing geological wonders, showed the colorful and unique scenery of friendly sister parks through colorful pictures, showed the people the achievements made in the protection and development of geoparks in various regions, and further deepened the people's understanding.The understanding and exchange with other geoparks aims to further attract people to participate in Earth Day activities online and offline, and enhance people's concept of protecting the environment, caring for nature and protecting the earth's home.
