Jiyuan vocational and Technical College

Jiyuan vocational and technical college is a public higher vocational college organized by the people's Government of Jiyuan City. It is located in Jiyuan, the national civilized city of Yugong's hometown and the source of water. The school was founded in 1993, formerly known as Jiyuan secondary school of technology, and was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2001. In 2015, it jointly organized application-oriented undergraduate education with Zhengzhou University of light industry.

The school has two campuses, Qinyuan and Gaoxin, covering an area of more than 2400 mu (including 1626 mu of new campus under construction, with a total investment of 3.877 billion yuan). The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 200million yuan. It has a national first-class library and a provincial first-class vocational skills training center, with a collection of 1.199 million books, a total area of nearly 100000 square meters of practice teaching places, and more than 280 experimental and training rooms on campus.
