Wangwu Mountain is located in Jiyuan City, Henan Province, with a total area of 272.47 square kilometers. It is one of the nine famous mountains in ancient China, the "Number One Cave in the World" of Taoism, the place where Emperor Huangdi of Xuanyuan worships the heavens, and the birthplace of the fable "Foolish Old Man Moves Mountains". The main peak is Tiantan Mountain, with an altitude of 1715 meters. According to literature records, in the first year of the first lunar month, Emperor Xuanyuan set up an altar to worship the heavens on Mount Tiantan, defeated Chiyou, unified China, and created a 5000 year history of civilization in China. Therefore, Mount Tiantan became a holy land for the great unity of the Chinese nation. During the Tang and Yuan dynasties, Wangwu Mountain was represented by the national teacher level figures Sima Chengzhen and Qiu Chuji, forming the center of Taoist activities in China. During the Tang Dynasty, it was revered as the leader of the top ten caves, known as the "Heavenly Void with Small Voids", establishing Wangwu Mountain's position as the leader in Taoist history.
