"Seven Bowls of Tea Song"

Jiyuan tea culture has a long and rich history. The tea houses and shops named after tea in the village confirm the long history of tea culture in Jiyuan; Seeing guests from afar, one must invite them to "come home and have tea", which is a simple folk custom that still exists in the ancient style of Jiyuan; Stone tea, winter tea, chrysanthemum tea, dandelion tea, and various herbal teas reflect the inclusiveness of Jiyuan tea culture; Frying tea, brewing tea, boiling tea, and dividing tea can show the people of Jiyuan's emphasis on tea; Serving tea, offering tea, receiving tea, and tasting tea all embody the solemn etiquette of ancient ethnic groups.

The most proud part of Jiyuan tea culture is the "Tea Immortal" Lu Tong and his "Seven Bowls of Tea Song". Lu Tong is a proud child raised on this land of Jiyuan! His "Seven Bowls of Tea Song" expresses the ideal tea environment in the hearts of tea enthusiasts with a unique perspective, sharp feelings, and relaxed language: "One bowl of tea leaves a moist throat, two bowls break through loneliness and stuffiness, three bowls search for withered intestines, only five thousand rolls of text. Four bowls sweat lightly, and injustice is scattered towards the hair and pores. Five bowls have light muscles and bones. Six bowls connect with immortals. Seven bowls cannot be eaten, only feeling the refreshing breeze in the armpits..." For thousands of years, "Seven Bowls of Tea Song" has been widely sung, and "Seven Bowls" and "Yuchuan Zi" have become synonymous with tea people and tea affairs. As a result, it has gained widespread fame and is revered by Japan and South Korea as the ancestor of tea ceremony. To this day, the people of Jiyuan are still enthusiastic about the deeds of Lu Tong. There are still many tea culture relics preserved on the land of Yuchuan, such as Pomegranate Temple, Yuchuan Spring, Huadong, Miquan, Lu Tong Tea House, Lu Tong Villa, Lu Tong Tomb... all still telling stories of the past!
