April 22nd is the 55th World Earth Day, with the theme of "cherishing the Earth and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature". The 55th World Earth Day "Friendly Sister Park Exhibition and Interaction" and the 5th Asia Pacific Geopark Week Science Popularization Event, jointly organized by the Forestry Bureau of the Demonstration Zone, the Cultural, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of the Demonstration Zone, and the Geopark Protection Center of the Demonstration Zone, were held at the Xiaolangdi Scenic Area.

At the event, our park interpreted the theme of World Earth Day, the UNESCO World Geopark brand and development plan, and introduced a series of activities jointly organized by 46 world geoparks, including Wangwushan-Daimeishan World Geopark. We distributed science popularization and cultural creations such as geopark study travel passports and scenery notebooks jointly produced by 46 geoparks, promoted geopark science popularization and learning courses and routes, designed exciting geopark science popularization and challenge games, and held a themed image exhibition showcasing geological wonders. Through rich and colorful pictures, we showcased the unique and colorful scenery of friendly sister parks, showcasing the achievements of various regions in geopark protection and development to the public. Further deepened the understanding and communication between the public and other geological parks, Intended to further attract the public to participate in Earth Day activities online and offline, and enhance everyone's concept of protecting the environment, loving nature, and protecting our planet.
