Wangwushan-Daimeishan Global Geopark participates in the 2025 Geological Culture Village and Geoscience Research and Training Course in Henan Province

In order to enhance the professional competence of geological park practitioners and managers, strengthen the dissemination of geological science and culture, promote the upgrading of geological science popularization and geological research, and expand the influence of geological tourism work, Wangwushan-Daimeishan World Geopark was invited to participate in the 2025 Geological Culture Village and Geological Research Training organized by the Henan Geological Tourism Development Promotion Association.

At the training meeting, Professor Zheng Libo from the School of Civil Engineering and the leader of the Mining Geology discipline at Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences; Shen Liejun, General Manager of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and Wuhan Mishike Culture Communication Co., Ltd; Zhang Zhonghui, Secretary General of the Henan Geological Tourism Development Promotion Association and Chief Science Popularization Expert of Henan Province, gave special lectures on the scientific examination and construction practice exchange of geological cultural villages, how to do a good job in geological research and practical operation, how to plan geological tourism projects, how to maintain the immortal atmosphere, down-to-earth atmosphere, and gather popularity of geological tourism.
